Bump... I'm not in the know, I just want the answer to be yes.

If the answer is yes, I'm in trouble. I have at least three make ups I want to try.

On the Reddit AMA with Nick Horween, it was revealed that one of their major customers (up for speculation) has purchased a large order of the new bourbon shell color (basically whiskey that wasn't pure enough to be whiskey - looks similar to ravello).

If it's AE or Carmina, I may need to be in.

CK...I don't want to see this happen...lol....I would have to consider a Normandy...and I would beg and try to get a Rogue made on the B34 last which I am sure would not happen

Yup. Bourbon shell rogue and strand (or Bartlett?) would be top must buys. Assuming they didn't just badly burnish some walnut shell Edit: First Aves! How could I have forgotten! With a minilug sole.

Since I have no reputation here, I know this is pure speculation.... I've got word that the big shell purchase was from a manufacturer that doesn't use shell and they're hordeing it.
