Dude. This thread is killing it this week. Two great Chili’s, some amazing Bourbon, and an Antique Cherry on top!

What color edge and welt are these? Looking to do something similar in the upcoming TS, but with the Hamilton!

The chili HMs were natural/buff. For comparison, I also have a pair of chili 5th Aves from the same TS. These were supposed to be translucent brown, although it is relatively dark. It is a shame the 5th haven't been worn - received them right as snow was falling here and then went to work from home since March. A couple comparison pics to the extent it helps!

Wow, those particular pairs look A LOT like my Garnet Strands.

Could be the lighting, but on the side view, the HM edge looks kinda dark. In comparison to the 5A, that edge definitely looks darker. The 5A is translucent brown edge?

I agree the HM looks a little darker and is more of an antique than what I think of as natural. I definitely know I order the translucent brown on the 5th Ave, and assuming that is what I got, but agree it is on the darker side. I like the look of both, and am maybe not quite as OCD on this as some, and more about overall look for me (not to say there is anything wrong with a certain level of OCD for the cost of TS! ) Could also be some lighting coming into play with the pics... your results may vary, but sharing what I "believe" they are based on ordering!

I'm one of the few with a pair in garnet and one in chili. I'm pretty convinced they're almost the same color.

Thanks much! I was debating a Strand in Chili but thought that it would be too close to my Garnet pair....

Planning to go with a Leather Sole this time vice my more casual Color #8 variant. Glad I did that, but don't want a twin...
