Anyway, I am excited that Allen Edmonds is offering more customization options, I am just sayin' it might not be the wisest to pay a price that Allen Edmonds tells us not to pay.

I love Allen Edmonds, but when shoes are constantly priced at 50% of retail, then the retail price is at best a marketing gimmick to make us think the sale price isn't the real price.

It's like the Black Friday deals with the fake prices so you think you're getting 75% off, but they jacked up the prices beforehand in order to present the "deal" which can frequently be higher than the retail price before.

It's that polyester leisure suit and dickie.......
I think many stylish people can create stunning outfits with white shoes and confidence. My mind would never go to your option.

Just like stylish people often break style rules.

First wear of this sage pair. Ironically the craftsmanship on these, like my snuff 2nds, seems to be better than even the third attempt of my TS version. Shrug.

These were purchased with a quick resole in mind, perhaps to v-tread. I'm not crazy about the light-colored lug, but love everything else about the sole. Seems to be a happy medium between past lug offerings.

This was meant as a joke, humor and a reference to National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation movie. I have 50+ years in men's fashion, I think I know what is what, but sometimes my humor is at best obtuse.
