the way things are going, i think UCLA has looked like the weakest 1 seed through out the tournament. they just look out of sync. if they can get it together i do think they can also be the strongest 1 seed.

There is also a chance too that the women's bracket will have all four #1's. That would be crazy. In fact the women's elite 8 is all #1's and #2's.

Women's basketball is almost always chalk though. The talent level of the top programs is miles apart from the rest of the field. The top 3 seeds are always the best with little parity it seems. I remember filling out women's brackets awhile back. It's not even fun.

No chance. Melo basically was that Syracuse team. Rose was great, but CDR came up big as well, and so has Dorsey and others through the run. Memphis was stacked before Rose got there, while Syracuse rode Melo the whole way.

I like how all the announcers picked Memphis to be the first ones out and now they all jump the bandwagon saying crap like "I picked them at the beginning of the year to win it all"
