Btw my wife asked me for a piece of our investment funds to do some stuff on her own recently. Her first investment was in META which I roundly mocked her for, and continue to mock her every time I see them in the press.

She just showed me how it’s doing - up 46%. I guess the joke’s on me

Doesn't apple ban adult apps? Obviously there are workarounds (and you know...websites) but seems like this thing will be even more of a walled garden if you want to build native content.

I used to have a google daydream headset....the Appreciation content was an interesting novelty, although with the limited capabilities of the phone-based headset, doing anything with it hurt my eyes pretty quick.

I've heard it has gotten a lot better though as filmmakers have learned how to better capture and direct around it (and the dedicated VR hardware can be adjusted specifically for your eyes and have higher-res display).
