How do you keep a closet full of suits, pants and shirts feel and smell fresh?

Some of my second hand suits came with developed vintage clothing smells; not necessarily bad but just doesn't smell fresh and clean. And some of my suits caught my body perspiration and don't smell as fresh even after I air them for a day or two.

Is the window open for air? How do you deal with the dusts if so?
