I can't believe the occasional woman who removes her shoes and walks on the platform. Saw this last night :uhoh:

if your shoes are that uncomfortable, you're a shitty planner for not packing some flats, and if your shoes are that uncomfortable, odds are you have a blister that is now being infected with subway rabies.

Nothing feels better than walking straight into mainland garbage who try to push into the train as you get out transferring from hung hom to east TST or vice versa

I'm just trying to triangulate my way to an understanding of Eason. His "Bicurious racist" tag has long intrigued me, and this new data point (should he confirm) adds to the body of evidence.

He's not into pre-op trannies a la Lapo Elkann but he is more into ladyboys...

He sounds like an interesting chap to have a drink with..

This past 4th of July marked the 26th anniversary of the first time I heard a young mother call her young children "motherfuckers."

It was 1986 and NYC was awash in celebration. The Statue of Liberty was celebrating its 100th birthday with a spectacular fire works display in NY Harbor. My father took me down to Battery Park to see the show. The air hung thick with Reagan-era patriotism.

As we got on the subway back home, a woman and her three young children were getting on board. They weren't moving fast enough so she said, "you motherfuckers best move your ass onto this train."

I was 11. And this was my first introduction to the people we encounter on the subway.

    Thanks for the memories MTA.

This has always been a fear of mine. Vomiting on the subway. I have trained myself that if I become that drunk to call a cab and vomit in the cab.

I did this once. Gaziano & Girlings. Most uncomfortable shoes I own, probably second most expensive too.

Not your pic of your wife?

Oh, there are many data points out there...

What I would give to have lived in NYC in the mid to late 1980's.

Hey, man, I'm not stitches. I don't have the time/inclination/photographic memory to e-stalk Eason. (No hate here, stitches...)
