I have a cotton pique shirt that I purchased from the mentioned Rodeo Drive boutique when I was in Calif. It is very thin and light-weight, but the quality of the fabric is amazing. Collar and inner-cuffs use fabric from what looks to be from a RTW shirt. That fabric is also really nice. Buttons are octogonal and have a shimer, like MOP, but they're black? I have no idea what they are but they add a very elegant touch.

I'd say if you can afford to buy it, get it. Can't speak for the longevity of the shirt itself, as I've worn mine sparingly, due to weight gained and the thin fabric that likes to stick to things tends to show off my growing stomach. But I've owned it for about 3 years or so and it hasn't disintegrated yet!

The ties appear regularly on ebay (I assume they are authentic but really have no idea) at moderate prices, albeit mostly in hideous patterns. Most of the SR ties I've seen are ugly, but some are nice. I own a couple and love the feel/construction/knot.

They have a shop on the Champs Elysees which is expensive and as klassy as the rest of that street. I visited once and had to leave. It was like walking into an issue of the Robb Report.

I own several pieces of SR clothing which include dress shirts, sport shirts, ties and leathers. The shirts are made of some of the nicest materials I have seen, even comparing them to my Zilli shirts and Kiton shirts. The ties are thick and I find the length to be perfect for me (they are about 64" long compared to the normal 58" that I see so often). The sleeve length on the SR shirts are about 3/4"-1" longer than my Zilli's and Kitons which fits me better as well. I couldn't be happier with SR.

That cotton shirt is lovely. I noticed the prices on I think it was Neiman Marcus website work out much cheaper than London for Ricci shirts, do they discount them at sale time as well in the USA?

I never think of pique cotton as being "amazing" or luxe.

You mention in your comments that Stefano Ricci is tailored by St. Andrews. Where are you getting your information? I believe that Stefano Ricci have their own factory and tailors in Florence, Italy where the garments are made. I am curious what makes you think they are made by someone else.

Hi All

There is a two days warehouse bazaar in Dubai

I found several Stefano Ricci suits that have suspiciously low price ((350$)
They told me it is because these pieces go from the main store in Europe, to an outlet store in Europe, then to Outlet store in Dubai and now they ended up here.
I managed to take 3 pictures from the inside labels and i would like your opinion on it if this is real. The suit feels good quality but i am not that experienced with super 160s suits.

Also it had inside label (showing the brand for the material used they told me) "Reda"

Please share you opinion as this is two days Bazar and i want to see if this is scam or amazing bargain

Many thanks guys

Bane

I'm no expert on Stefano Ricci, but that labelling looks nothing like the stuff that I've seen.
