My culture is NOT your excuse to get fat and drunk.
Stuck at home all day? May as well run the smoker on some prime brisket I suppose View attachment 1363913 View attachment 1363915
It's the full packer. Just trimmed aggressively to fit on the cooker since I didn't feel like dealing with the offset and needed it to fit on the kamado.Very nice. It might just be the angle, but it looks like it's just the point. I'm going to get a brisket for this weekend, even though I have leftover brisket in the freezer. I just want to smoke, pot and meat.
Seems like the place to ask-- any forum-approved mail order meat distributors you guys have used? I'm looking at Snake River Farms and Crowd Cow. They look legit but I find it kind of odd neither one has a "we are a-ok to ship to you with covid-19 going on" featured on their website.
My very nearby small butcher shops both closed for the duration. Trying to avoid a trip to Whole Foods at this point and have had zero luck getting decent meat via Instacart, Amazon Fresh, WF delivery, etc.
