Starting new job, and looking for shoe recommendations that go with jeans and polo.

I am a 38 year old male.

5'9", 160lbs, with an average to athletic build, and wear a size 9-10 shoe.

I am a bit of a minimalist, don't gravitate towards anything flashy, and feel most comfortable in jeans and white t-shirts.

My dress shirts are a fitted cut to give you an idea of how shirts might fit or look on me.

I have to wear a collared tshirt to work, and polos count, which I was going to make the staple of my attire.

For the most part I think I will stick with solid color polos, and nice jeans.

I am wondering what shoes would go good with this attire?

I am looking for something comfortable that I can wear all day in the office.

Chocolate brown suede chukka boots? Maybe like these:

I like the name 'Chukka', it reminds me of Chakka from Land of the Lost, but that is about it!

I am not a big fan of brown, and that is probably on the dressier side of things relative to what I was thinking, which was more along the line of Chuck Taylors! Lol!

I appreciate the suggestion though, and encourage other suggestions that are outside the realm of what I was thinking! ;-)

I think I understand the sort of look your after. Try browsing the casual thread, tonnes of pictures, or try streetwear and denim mabye? Also, search for polo related threads, you'll find some truly nice polos unless you don't already have.
