I don't think you'll find many people who agree with this. Detroit's decline is really unprecedented in the U.S. Almost every list of "Worst Cities in America" has Detroit at number 1.

Well, I only speak for my experience. I moved from the Mistake on the Lake to Southeast Michigan, and I must say I'm not regretting that for one bit
