These are the legendary REDA hopsack trousers in a nice light grey with a lot of variation in the cloth. I don't really wear these kinds of dress pants nowadays due to a change in job. Your gain.

Waist is at 29 inches, but can be let out.
Inseam is at 29 inches from the seam to the end of the leg. 2 inch cuff.

There is about 3 inches of fabric. I think that probably translates to a little less to let out. Leg opening is about 7.5 inches x 2.
