Edward Green's signature split toe model Dover in chestnut calf, 606 last size UK 5.5E US 6D, very hard to get size. Bought for myself, worn less than 5 times, my feet kind of got bigger and these no longer fits.

First quality (1000+pounds if ordered at EG shop, 650 pounds if you order at factory store, very limited options at small sizes), comes with everything box, polishing cloth and trees (not original ones but fit nicely, can add a pair of EG trees for $75, which is marked 120 pounds...
