I have this Pulsar, and it's wonderfully thin. Finish on the strap is a little plasticky, but not to where others would notice, and that can always be replaced with a better one if that's your preference. I'm not seeing it in a silver finish, but they do have others that might work. Plenty of options in silver finishes if you want a metal band, and a lot of those can probably be changed to leather or fabric straps.

I wish there were more slim quartz watches available in that price range; it seems like the current aesthetic is very much skewed in favour of speedmaster and seamaster type styling.

I was not able to find a suitable slim equivalent of the Weekender (which I love, it's just a bit bulky sometimes) and ended up biting the bullet on a JLC Master Grade Ultra Thin. Several orders of magnitude out of your price range unfortunately, but I wasn't able to find anything in the aesthetic I was after.

Boccia has several slim quartz watches for $95 to $135. They are solid titanium which is a sort of matte silver/grey. I've owned several and liked them. I believe they are at teno.com.
