CorrectNope. The current GMTO on SkoaB's site can only be done in Oak Tarnsjo.
If you are keen for it in another color, you need to organise another GMTO for it, or pay a 20% (if I recall correctly, based on the price hike) upcharge from the base price for an individual MTO.

Depends on the hole in your rotation. I was blown away by EB chukkas.
