I tried a pair on at my local shoe store (but this was the best link for photos). They need to oder my size so I have some time to think about it. They are in their Limited line which if I am correct is between their standard line and the Imperial line. I am looking at the grey ones....so my question is would that be a good buy or is there something out there that would be of better quality for more or less the same price. Thanks.

I had these Illesteva and they're a nightmare - attachment doesn't stay in place, flimsy metal not strong enough to grip frames firmly. They looked cool but were unwearable. I lost them and didn't shed a tear over that

The picture looks really cool and I like the detachable idea. coz I don't want to carry another pair of glasses and I don't like to wear contacts. Really hope they have better design / quality.

Is there any problem if I just buy the Illesteva and use it as a regular pair of eyeglasses? I think they look cool.

i have tried that color combo before. perhaps you may have more luck.

IMO, those jackets are too structured for that type of color combination in an outfit.

Perhaps something with more volume or drape

Black waxed denim for bottom is such a bold color compared to something on top that is so lackluster as those 2 jackets you posted.

Perhaps also think about texture, type of material. Something wool maybe better
