I’m wonder about the sleeve length of my jacket and my shirt. My understanding is that the shirt sleeve should show 1/4 to 1/2 in under the jacket sleeve?

it seems my shirt sleeve length is the right length, so maybe I should have my jacket sleeve shortened by 1/4 in?

Jacket sleeve length is good in this picture. The jacket should come close to the point where your thumb and wrist meet. Bend your thumb up to get a clear idea where this point is.
Your shirt sleeve looks short to me.

yeah. I actually agree. I have another shirt I had made and it fits much better.
What do you think, 1/2in or 1/4 in? Maybe 1/2 in longer is better, I can always make it shorter but not longer. And my arms are long, I'm 6'3 190cm so it rides up more for me when I move my arms.

Better
Longer shirt sleeve with the shirt cuff sized small enough so it doesn’t fall farther onto you hand. But not tight

The jacket sleeve is right, as Despos said. I also think there might be a difference if you were to wear double-cuffs, as they don't fit around the wrist quite as tightly.
