Short dork jonesin' for some Tom Ford shoes/boots, but I only have $800 to spend

TF shoes on sale for $500 at the Madison store.

Don't know the price on the boots however, or the manufacturer. SA said the boots are made by Zegna, but I thought Zegna outsourced its shoes to another company (Ferragamo?).

Im not so sure that Zegna/Feragamo (Ze-fer collaboration) makes TF shoes. My SA there told me it was a neopolitan company, and the SA at bergdorf said it was Maxverre which would make sense since if you look at some Maxverre next to TF the design especially in the waist is very similar. My best guess would be some are by Maxverre while others are by Zegna. I actually have those boots in dark brown (I'm assuming you are talking about the black ones that were on sale on the 2nd floor?) which i got from the bergdorf sale last year for like 600ish if i remember correctly, ill try and find the receipt later as I'm clearing out stuff anyway.
