Shoe sizing

Dear all,
my son is disgusted at the quality of his girlfriend's shoes and wants to find a pair of properly made leather shoes, or boots for her, preferably goodyear welted. Unfortunately, he can't find any and has asked me to help. The only properly made shoes and boots that I have found though are men's! Would it be possible for me to get some men's shoes that would fit her? If so, how can I find the appropriate size? She wears a European size 37.

Carmina makes women's shoes and boots. I bought my wife a pair a couple of years ago.
