1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Recent, like the last 6 months. My understanding is that he went to Kiton to start up their factory, and when it got going he was canned. I guess he went back to what he was doing. His shoes are available at a couple of different shops in Naples.

Not that much to brag about in comparison with fellow members but here's part of my collection:

From top to bottom and left to right:

    - Fairmount driving shoes in dark brown
    - Crockett & Jones Belgrave (last 337) in chestnut brown
    - Unknown Portuguese maker loafers (paid 25 EUR for those in Lisbon, and they are Goodyear welted) in dark brown suede
    - Loake Paisley monk in dark brown suede
    - Church's Consul on the 100 last in black
    - Edward Green Russel on the 82 last in black
    - Church's Chetwynd on the 83 last in black

Some have just been shoe shined, others could use some (particularly the Consuls which I don't wear that often as the last is not very subtle). All of them belong to my regular rotation. Comments welcome !

They're amazing and incredible. Congrats on your commissions. Although there may be some small details I'd like to tweak here and there, but overall they turned out great. They look like a piece of art, especially the soles.

I'd also like to see bigger pictures (bigger than 320 X 240).

I also third for bigger pictures for Ron's G&Gs. They are absolutely beautiful. But the pictures are not much bigger than the thumbnails.

St Crispins Bespoke (not for me.) These shoes are freaking unbelievable! Unfortunately they didn't fit so they will be in my ebay store shortly.

Wow, those are pretty. I've handled a few RTW pairs at Ian Daniels' warehouse. Too bad he usually only has tiny sizes. I'd love to get a pair someday.

Crispins seems to indicate they fit an 11.5 US, slightly wide. How they fit me would indicate an 11 to 11.5 as well. I really really wanted these to fit [IMG]
