wouldn't getting your made an inch or so longer work as well?
I think the shirt stay garter fans argue that it doesn't - when a shirt wearwr stretches for a book on the too shelf, the shirt tails move out of the trouser waist and stay out when the book is down.

The shirt stays are like suspenders, holding up the socks to the shirt and being elasticated, return the shirt back down, and keep the socks up.

These shirt stays are all rather new to me and rather kinky.

I think I need to get some lol
