I think it would be interesting and helpful to members of this forum to get an idea of the size and type of shoe collections that various members of the forum have built over time.
Some members, like aportnoy, have collections of mythological proportions while other are just starting to build their collection and would like to have an idea what others have done.
I have created a poll for indicating the number of shoes a member has in their collection at the present time.
The guidelines are:
Account for all shoes that are not athletic (sports and skate) or extreme casual (flip flops, slides, Crocs, etc...).
If possible list the brands/manufacture of the shoes in the collection.
Ratio of color (10 black, 20 brown - or 2/3 brown, 1/3 black).
Or list the shoes specifically by color, brand, model, style, last, etc... if you like.
You can even post a picture of your collection, your favorite pair, or not pictures at all.
The purpose is not to replace the Shoe Damage Report thread where members show their latest acquisition.
The idea is to get a general idea of the size and scope of the shoe collections out there.
