Can anybody recommend some establishments that have a good selection of Scotch? I just got into enjoying Scotch.

Sam's Wine and Spirits has such a huge selection, you could spend hours in there and not even see every bottle of scotch. There's a location off of North and Clybourn. The website shows over 300 kinds of scotch.... 220 of which being single malt. So, yeah, go nuts there.

Edit: Looks like the Clybourn store is the flagship, but there are other locations. http://www.samswine.com/on/demandwar...=Our_Locations

Binny's South Loop also has a great selection. Just went to a Scotch tasting last week with their spirits buyer, who is terrific.

I'd second the South Loop Binny's. They have a tasting room (bar) with knowledgeable staff and pretty reasonable prices. Nice way to try things out before diving into a full bottle.
