If you drag out a bottle of Hai Karate, can you send me the self defense instructions included in the box?

Antonio Puig apparently makes Zara's Vetiver Eau de Cologne too. Having tried it it's quite good light & clean fragrance. I wonder if it's practically the same as this Vetiver de Puig but sold under different name.

As for vetiver, I sometimes apply vetiver absolute diluted to jojoba on my skin before going to bed. Helps calm down my nerves.

Based on the description, I would guess not. The VdP is rather woodsy and muted: no grapefruit to speak of. The Zara vetiver sounds perfect for summer. May have to track down a bottle...

Today: Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Summer. It's light and powdery and sweet and...not a whole lot else. I wish there were more to it. It is lightly spicy but even then...

Puig Agua Lavanda. It's rare to smell something so inexpensive that doesn't try to be more than it is. It's very light and pleasant, fine for summer. Smells nice without being perfumey or in-your-face about it.

Wrote off the Prada Milano yesterday. A woman I spent some time with yesterday asked me if I didn't get a chance to shower before I met her

B*Men again. It's growing on me. The top kind of reminds me of playdoh or something, but the drydown is nice.

Tried Kenzo Power today. I get a good dose of iris. It's nice enough but it disappears on my skin. Also smells way too similar to something I already have.

A real stinkfest for me today, Vivienne Westwood Boudoir. It is sort of like a big bouquet of fake flowers rubbed in some old woman`s armpit. It also has some sandalwood thrown in for good measure.

I highly recommend it.

Today I went with Comptoir Sud Pacifique Vetyver Haiti, possbly the weirdest and muddiest vetiver I've ever smelled. It opens with mustard and gradually tumbles into a peaceful boozy vetiver. This still lacks bite, though so I put some Bay Rum with a Twist over it and things are now good.
