SOTD: Nothing for 3 days. Total scent aversion with me because of this damned flu - even the thought of some of these (particularly gourmands) is making me nauseous. Hopefully I don't have to dispose of the whole lot.

Are those the ones only available at the boutiques? I tried the ones several years back that were 30mls and priced at about a bajillion euros (opoponax, oeillet, etc). They were fair but not for that kind of scratch. Are the ones you mentioned a new line?

Yes, these are the ones. I don't know about the prices, but given that the samples were quite pricey, they may be pretty expensive. QPR may not be great, but I enjoy all three I've tried. It's just weird that they release a huge lines of fragrances that, as Thomas put it, not even their boutiques are aware of. By the way, I think they're parfums, or something in between edp and parfum, so that may, to some extent, explain the price.

SOTD: Un Jardin Sur Le Toit for a cold, sunny day.

Pre-shower: Invasion Barbare
SOTD: Incense Rose. Anyone who likes POAL should try this, IMO.

Picked up myself a couple new colognes. I'm now having a hard time keeping my shirt buttoned.

made a trek down to the Neimans and got samples of the new MFK Ouds. Wearing the silk oud now. This smells fantastic.

:)

That is definitely my favorite of the bunch.

:bigstar: Mostly just looking for cologne recommendations from Rach to fit my sparkling personality, but I'll do my best to keep you updated on everything that might be worth being updated on, however little that likely is.

You probably wouldn't be able to guess what I am wearing today, so I will just go ahead and spell it out: it is Feminite du Bois (the Shiseido version).

Beautiful fragrance.

Yep. Unfortunately, it was the other sample I let go to waste. Seal wasn't intact and it evaporated quickly. :(

Today, Memo - Inlé. Same peach maracuya opening as Luxor Oud. Not my cup of tea. Luxor Oud at least develops into something nice.
