Nice job.I recently had these Loake Kews refurbished at the factory and this is their first outing since. I particularly like the way they have polished the uppers to create a deeper colour as these (fairly accurate) before and after pics show:

£80 including postage. I took mine to my local Loake stockist and they took care of it all. They came back in a new box and, as I say, in some ways are nicer than before. It is a shame the Kew is no longer made...Nice job.

Well, there is nothing quite like them on the Loake website. The Kew was part of what was called the Shoemaker 'Comfort' range and priced somewhere between the usual Shoemaker product and the 1880 range.What would be the replacement for these if they don't make them anymore and in last shape ?
