And i got them today almost for free. I wouldn't go for tod's derbies but the price was too tempting.

I live in Turkey, we have some discount sites here. They were about 100 dollars which is extremly cheap for Turkey. For example they sell allen edmonds park avenues for 500 dollars in Turkey. It's got something to do with taxes, it's ridiculous.

i dont know to be honest, but i do not think a half size smaller would fit me at all. dumb luck maybe?

I can understand that. Around here sometimes they charge you up to 300% in taxes because of import duties, especially shoes.
