Nick Lopez in the Galleria is expensive but reliable (primarily a very very good bespoke shop that makes for much of the local royalty, but also have an alterations shop). Martin Tailors in... approximately Rice Military?... is my primary shop but fwiw I've seen people on here warn folks away from them. They've done solid work for me across a wide variety of tasks though.
Thanks!
I've contacted them before and they said they will charge 100-175 for basic alterations... although idk clean up the back is considered basic.

Thanks for all your advice. And that's what I'm doing right now!
As a guy that only wears a suit for less than ten times in my life, I really don't know how a suit should fit let alone what style/ design I want for my suit. I tried on one Kiton suit that has 3 roll 2 lapel and that's the only thing I'd prefer beside a soft padded shoulder(for comfortable consideration).
Would you guys mind to share some pictures and more important is to "teach" me something like which part you need to look at when you get a suit(like back should be wrinkle free when stand in natural post). The sales person really don't give much useful advice as they always said this is normal and you shouldn't be worried about that... And you should probably already know that I never take anything to a tailor before. So no trustworthy tailor available... Also would greatly appreciate if you have any recommendation for tailor around Houston.
Thanks again for your help!

Nobody has time to spoon feed you all of this. You will need to invest time reading the WAYWRN thread. After some time, you will start to get an idea of how a suit should fit. The Good Natured Advice Thread is also good advice for beginners like you. https://www.styleforum.net/threads/good-natured-advice-thread-improving-a-business-wardrobe.375309/

But, since you do not have time to learn all of this and get a suit in time for your wedding, my prior advice still stands. Spend the money to get a good tailor to alter a RTW suit or go the Kent Wang route.

Thanks for the advice! Already put an order for the trial suit from KW. Might end up spending more money for go both ways but don't want to miss the opportunity to work with Aaron. I'm investing huge amount of time already but probably because I'm so lack of suit knowledge. Anyway, this should be a good beginning to start dress better.

That sounds like a good decision considering your circumstances. Make sure Aaron knows this is for a wedding and the time urgency to getting your order finalized. I'll also share that you can always take the suit in a little bit if you err on the plus side, but you may not be able to add fabric if you make it too tight or short.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind.
Maybe will post more pictures after I got the trial suit. Welcome to share your idea!
