Raw Denim/Rugged Jeans like Levi's 514s?

I have a pair of Levi's 514s in a light blue that I like, the rise is short which makes it look like I have a butt versus a flappy chunk of fabric. I am happy with the fit and everything about the pants. The only issue is with quality, these pants are Cambodian versus Chinese/Mexican. I don't know what is going on, but all of that specific color+style are Cambodian made with thin fabric, whereas the dark pair that I have are Mexican made with thick sturdy fabric. I had the crotch tear downwards which I think is from riding my motorcycle, but the pants are the third non-CN/MEX pair which have literally deteriorated/blown away.

Where can I get light blue pants with the exact fit, with pockets that I can put at least half of my hand in, and in 34-32? I prefer light blue because I wear a lot of black shirts/shoes. I will be not washing the pants, and will be traveling a lot so I need something rugged. I'd like to keep the cost under $100 until I have more experience with other brands/raw denim/whatever.

Yeah I like Indigo Wash, but that is the one I have major QC issues with. They just always seem to use subpar fabric even in the other cuts of the same color.

I think the 'washing' has to do with half of the fabric degradation, but like I said, I need light colored pants because I wear a lot of black shirts/jackets.
