Looks really nice, but man - where's the art? Need some giant canvases in there!

we didnt design the whole house, we worked with an architect friend but he used A LOT of input on both our parts

exterior is just all white with concrete, steel beam and steel grid accents, also the west facing walls have floor to ceiling double glass sliding doors on all floors, lots of natural light

we're still working on it, some rooms not pictured 'cuz their still empty, basic decor is shades of grey with some electric/royal blue, burnt orange and brown accents, also have some nice vintage pieces
once we finish the foyer, guest bedroom and living room we're going to add some wall art and more indoor plants

OK, maybe there's a thread for this elsewhere in the forum that's more appropriate, but a small write-up on the whole process would be fascinating (if you're willing / have the time).

Cutaways were pretty big in the early 2000s and the reaction was, arguably, buttondowns. IMO the super closed, stiff collars are relegated to gangster costume, but if that comes back around...

I honestly wasn't paying attention back then... It seems like here in Chicago guys taking cues from GQ etc tend to wear them with super cropped jackets.
