IMO if you're not going to wear purple also try avoiding too standoffish in your fashion attire

Something neutral so that you don't become 'that guy'

Conversely if you are the life of the party usually DGAF and party on as others probably will not care either.

Tried on most of the UU stuff at the Soho store this evening. Some of it is cool, some of it is bleh. There are lots of colored placket shirts in different colors (white, grey, green grey, navy, maybe black? fit is alright, slightly larger/more relaxed than +J). The flannels are a very solid thick weight but not super soft and a bit over designed IMO. The jackets were all pretty solid though I certainly didn't need any of them. Cut on those was excellent, slim. T's were great, fit me perfectly, solid material of a slightly above average softness and good thickness. Jeans were great, took home a pair. They won't let you try on the lounge set which was annoying but I bought it anyway, pants are very cool, henley is uninteresting to me, PM me if you want it, size medium. What else...didn't try on the cargos, the wool draw strings pants were kinda cool but the cut was a bit too straight for my tastes. Knitwear was ok, relaxed and somewhat thin merino, decent hand. The v is fairly deep on the pullover. Would probably buy one on sale. Cardigan was better IMO, same pattern and print though, I believe. Scarves were unimpressive to me. Didn't mess with the shoes. That's about it.

Also they've basically taken the fabrics/designs from the last +J season and revived them with slightly cheaper construction as normal uniqlo, so look out for nice skinny cut flannel trousers. Kopped a medium grey pair. There was also black, navy and blue and chalk fade pinstripe like the +J suit from last year. Not too many left, said there should be another shipment next week though. Blazer fit was a little off on me. Trou were 75 or 80 I think and jackets 170.

Just buy a cheap purple T instead of being a party pooper.

I remembered my roommate had purple duct tape...made ankle and wrist bands out of it. Problem solved.

Been looking for some nice black/white graphic T's. Absolutely hate it when you love the design or even just the font of a T yet it says something dumb...
