Lovely footwear and weather to boot! The 365 looks ever so refined vs the 4497 to my eye. Love both. Islay on the way, then.
You won’t regret it! And while the term, “refined country boot” may seem oxymoronic, I recently got a second pair of Islays for that exact reason, and find all sorts of excuses to wear them in the office…

Hey everyone, hope you are well. I was hoping to get help identifying my boots. I bought them a few years ago and for whatever reason, wore them twice. I am going to put them on B&S, but for the life of me, I can't figure out the model, etc.
Here are the numbers inside the boot; 8831 11B 8 1/2E U21325

What Saphir cream/polish do you guys use for the Alex in dark brown burnished calf? I used dark brown and now they are much darker. I'll try mid brown next time and maybe some renovator to remove the darker layer of polish

You could try Havane. It’s got more character and is not as dark as dark brown ( Marron Fonce)

So I noticed that with my rough out Coniston both shoes have these threads coming out of the welt. Is this normal or is it a defect?
