Does anyone know where I can get good quality laces? The laces on my new boots are too long but not not long enough to wrap round the ankle (which I don't like doing anyway). I just bought some from Amazon advertised as 3mm but they turned out to be 4mm

Ideally in the UK or somewhere that shops internationally. Thanks

Really thinking of getting some Harvards. I had to size up for width in the Boston 314 last. With sheer socks, I get noticeable--but not unwearable--heel slip (thick socks are perfect). I think the 376, which I understand to be the 314 with a tighter heel cup, sounds perfect for a suede loafer that would always be worn with sheer socks.

I've got both and agree with that assessment. Like the 376 last better than 314. Having CJ send me quarter insoles for the 314 to help with heel

How does one request such things?

Though I'm not regretting my Boston decision. That dark brown country calf is god's gift to humanity.

My TZ laces turned up today. They were described as 2-3mm round but actually they are more oval in shape and are 3.5mm and sadly they don't fit through the eyelet :brick:

I'm going to give it one more try and buy a pair of 2mm laces from AFPOS when I buy new shoe trees

TZ laces look good quality for what it's worth and I will use them when I need laces for my work boots
