I think Skye II is the brown shell Cordovan version. Not sure about Skye I. I believe they’re both on the same last.

    From what I've gathered:

Skye= Chestnut Calf w/ double leather soles (discontinued) :(
    Skye 2= Brown Shell
Skye 3= Replaced Skye, comes in Chestnut and Black Calf with Danite soles
    Skye 4= Snuff Suede (Discontinued)

I already really loved that one; the one that started it all for me. The burnishing was lighter on that chestnut than the newer models. Great score RTP. Cant wait for pics ;)

The Skye 4 in snuff suede also has brass eyelets rather than blind ones.

I just took a quick glance at your Instagram. I think I can say with confidence that I have never seen anybody abuse his Crockett & Jones quite as much as you do. Completely mad - but clearly you’re having a lot of fun. ;) :)

    I am having fun :)
In general it is just the outdoor boots like Coniston and Snowdon that I put through their paces; my dress shoes I wear more carefully.

It would be interesting to see/know how long those outdoor boots last after such abuse.
