Puffy lower eye lids

I have noticed my lower eyelids are quite puffy (for atleast the past couple years). They are not sore and my eyes are not bloodshot or anything like that, the lower lids are just puffy. Lately its been bugging me (not sure why just now) but I wanted to see if anyone else experinces this and how to possible help it?

I did some net reserach but most of what I found was rlated to specific conditions, often plugged tear ducts or something else, that was short term and also carried with it pain.

Go see your doctor or at least go to the beauty counter at your local dept store. Preparation H (the European formula) is supposed to work for under eye bags, but I wouldn't put it on your eyelids.
