Does anyone have chest, shoulder, and waist measurement for the PL blazer (or a jacket off a suit) in a 38? Thanks.

Got a hold of Alex today and got the measurements on the PL blazer. It's her first time measuring, so I'm not 100% confident in these, but they look about right.

Shoulders: 17.75
Chest: 42
Waist 18.5

This is too large for me

, but I thought I'd post these for the rest of you 38s. The blazer's 100% cashmere and originally retailed for some $3500. It's ~$490 shipped.

What color? The chest measurement seems off

Chest seemed ok to me, but shoulder seems a bit narrower than it should be. However, I don't own any PL, so I don't know. You guys could try giving her better instructions over the phone if you want, or maybe someone who owns PL in this size can chip in?

And, sorry, I should've been consistent and listed the chest/wait measurements comparably as 21/18.5 or 42/37.

I have heard that the outlet in San Marcos TX has or had a similar run of items. Anyone check there recently?

In my experience, the San Marcos outlet is your usual run-of-the-mill Polo factory store, with a very limited supply of PL or BL stuff, if they have any at all. I'm pretty sure they don't have a Ralph Lauren factory store there.

the san marcos outlet sucks, they don't even have blue label suits. they did have a ton of linen/wool BL pants, all in size 30, and linen/cotton/inox (wtf is inox?) pants... also all in size 30

for purple label they had a rack of tshirts for 10 or 20 bucks

the round rock outlet however does have blue label suits, and the occasional purple/black label shirt/blazer
