I hear you. It's not enough for people to simply say "I (don't) like it, so I (don't) buy it." They have to come up with sometimes asinine, overly complex rationalizations to make it seem like they're making the only logical choice. If you take care of them, then even cheap, leather shoes can last for a long time.

i can appreciate what OP is saying. Im still wearing underwear from 2000 and ive been perfectly happy ever since. so anyone buying new underwear are just a bunch of corporate hacks who are brainwashed by underwear commercials. im perfectly content with torn, frayed, hole tattered underwear.
