The brogueing around the laces is pretty gnarly.

It's becoming less and less common that I see a pair of AEs that I like.

I don't know if the Friday Sale price is any better than usual - even in the Friday Sale section, some things are marked Friday Sale while others are not...

At any rate, still a pretty good deal for new AE shoes, for those who like them. (Personally, i really enjoy my MacNeil shells, but not crazy about most of their other stuff).

This is a great shoe, worthwhile to have all three colors listed at Amazon. The chestnut was meh.

These are $179 as seconds direct from AE. You might be able to talk a salesguy into giving you last weeks the sale price.....
