It's frustrating to turn and unload half a clip into a guy who tried to sneak up on you but to have him kill you in a shot or two because from the Kill Cam you never even start shooting.
It's most noticeable when I try to snipe, I have to lead a LOT more than I used to. So much in fact that I have fired off several wild shots, ones that weren't even close to the target, and they turn out out to be my kills. It's so bad I had to switch from the M4 to the .50 because I go tired of shooting people but not killing them in one shot (basically getting lots of non-lethal hand/foot shots).
