First time posting in this thread. But just wanted to share my new watch: a 36mm orient bambino, which I didn't even know existed! The orient 5s.love the vintage vibes.

Looks like I need to change the date on the Sternglas, I always forget that on quartz.

If I had a Supercub instead of a Honda Monkey I might have to pick thsi up.

Glad to have this one back from the Seiko service center. Really quick turnaround as I had it in hand 11 days after I shipped it to them to replace the movement.

My mm300 is with them now, I had it in for service about a year ago and experience a similar turn around time on the repair, taking a lot longer this time, my guess is they take their time with warranty work (it’s covered by their 12 month service warranty) or they need parts, which from what understand need to come from Japan for it’s movement.

I benefited from my service being a simple swap of a 6R15 movement and good to go.

And ran +/- 0 on my wrist yesterday and -1 sitting overnight. Not too shabby.
Which movement is in that watch? I have a sentimental attachment to my SKX007 and have debated sending it up there to NJ for a service, new movement, etc. even though it would ostensibly cost more than the value of the watch. Or maybe put in a NH35 movement myself like a lot of hobbyists/modders do.
