Wow dude, you got lucky. A smart pawnbroker would be able to read "Automatic".

Are there any Citizen ecodrive chronos that don't have all that tachy **** on them? I'm somewhat interested but am not looking to fly a plane.

I kinda dig the dark blue dials with the titanium look but my god those dials are way too busy.

Not titanium (unfortunately) and not a chrono, but how about a GMT?

I've gone back and forth on grabbing one of these:

The Eco-Drive "Promaster Land" BJ7100-82E

But now that you mention it, the idea of a Eco-Drive chronographer with the blue dial and without all the extra sh!t on the watchface and bezel does sound nice.

This was more what I was thinking, but, it doesn't come in titanium and still too busy a dial for me. I think a chrono just isn't in the cards heh

This arrived today: Helson Sharkmaster 300.

I know a lot of folks don't care for brands like Helson because of their lack of originality (though Helson does have a couple pretty cool, unique models) but I've never been less than impressed with the stuff I've had from them.

Sounds like you’re looking for the Citizen BM7360-82L. I just picked one up this weekend and I love it.

Was specifically looking for a chrono, but changed my mind. There's no such thing as a minimalistic chrono so scratch that. That looks nice above, but already have a Stowa Antea as a fancy dress watch so, I'm good.

Meanwhile Costco trip was a reason to strap on a watch today. Being retired and quarantined I don't get that many opportunities....
