I know nothing about this brand other than I saw the ad on my Facebook feed a second ago.

They look like neat watches for under $300.

While I like the design, I think I'm going to buy a real watch next.

Everything that I have bought from Facebook ads has been complete garbage. I learned my lesson after the third time.:cloud:

What's the deal with Festina? Any good?
A watch has been lingering in a cabinet but it always gets my attention. Looks like a yachting watch.
-A chronograph with a yellow dial.
I have no experience of other than these dress watches from Festina. The first I bought last year on Black Friday sale, and have been wearing it regurarly, its simple face and flat casing makes it a subtle dress watch. The other was a last in stock at a jeweller’s, the Sapphire series is Swiss made, 89 euros (originally 219 €) so quite a bargain with 2 yrs warranty. I like the texture in the dial. Straps in both have been all right, a bit on the stiff side in the beginning but gotten softer over time without getting cracks on the surface.

Those have really increased in value since the discontinuation. I think the 5's are next.

Think I may get a Speedracer Seiko 5 just to keep in a desk drawer for a few years.

Done pretty well this year at the thrift stores/estate sales when it comes to PMWs. Grabbed this one today. This one looks to be a '70 model based on the case #.
