KBW, maybe a shrine-thread for your G is a good idea. I don't think people want to pull up this thread to look at your magnificient new ride.

Mazda has an excellent museum as part of their large headquarters in Hiroshima. Tours are free, but you have to make a reservation.
Details can be found here: http://www.mazda.com/mazdaspirit/museum/

Mazda also has an "online museum" where you can look at some of the cars in the actual museum, including the Cosmo rotary coupe and the Le Mans 24 Hr winning rotary-powered car. Go to www.mazdamuseum.com and click on the "collection" tab for a browse.

If anyone ever finds themselves in Hiroshima, I highly recommend taking a tour of the museum. It is an excellent facility and the tour is very enjoyable.

Dissapointed there was only a single picture of a Silvia, and it seemed like the guy probably wasn't even aware what it was.

Which is too bad, because it was a much better car than the Z32 or 350Z, and much better looking than the 350z as well.

I always thought the 350Z was a step backwards compared to everything they had going with the S15.

Slim,

What a beauty - 3rd gen Skyline from late 1960s or early 1970s, if I remember correctly.

The Nissan showroom in Ginza is often good for a bit of window shopping, particularly when combined with a browse in the nearby Sony showroom.

It is the cornerstone of the GT-R racing legend, the 1971 Skyline 2000 GT-R KPGC10.

Funny you mention the 2000--I've seen probably four of them on the road in the last week. Great little cars.

I love decals:

Amazing:

Anywhere in SoCal that will decal a car rally style?

I save the word "beautifull" for objects like this.
