I'm curious to hear more about some of the brands that seem to get overlooked or simply never discussed? for example, I hear very little about Pal Zileri but personally love their styling and am surprised they aren't worn by more of you guys? why not, is it distribution, pricing, styleing? do you have any favorites that nobody around here seems to know about? what do you have from them, what do you think of the quality, price, styling, etc... Who knows, maybe someone'll discover your favorite brand and grow to love it too!

Really? Look at the top of every SF page - you will find a link to eHABERDASHER.

The Internet is hard, eh?

I discovered pal zileri on sf, and just bought an amazing zileri white and black broad herringbone overcoat from this Lithuanian website, It has to be my favorite coat. I would love to buy more pal zileri, but there are not many stores that sell zileri in N.America, and none in vancouver(where I live).

As for brands that are not discussed, mauro grifoni seems to be a nice brand which doesn't get much attention...

There is no shortage of brands/labels - there are far too many to list or even follow. Im not suprised one or two labels do not bubble up to the surface or appeal to the wider public conscience.

He was talking about how Battisti was overlooked, not ehaberdasher.

Tons of the brands I see on Yoox I wish got more press. Lots of smaller labels that are made in Italy (some entirely made in Italy as identified on the tag) with cool designs and I guess I should be thankful they're not that popular because it allows me to snag them cheap when they get discounted. But just shopping that site regularly has exposed me to lots of Italian stuff I've seen nowhere else.

Well, since there isn't a facepalm smiley for my own stupidity, I'll go with this.

I really just meant Zileri as an example... do you guys have favorite houses that nobody seems to know about? oh, I also remembered "La Vera". I haven't handled their stuff firsthand but based on everything I've read they're really nice stuff. I think the tailor is originally from Kiton or something. If you like rubinacci you might find these guys interesting.

I have a St Andrew cashmere SC which I really like and you don't hear much about them.
