Ordering custom Vibergs

Hello all.

New to the forums but have been lurking for some time.

I was just curious on how the process of ordering custom boots from Viberg works. I searched the forums and could not find anything recent that helped me out.

Do they even still take custom orders? If so...should I call or email?

Basically, I would love a 2030 Service Cap toe in stitchdown as opposed to gyw. I see they have invested a lot in making the gyw construction the new standard, but the stitchdown much like others is what I have grown to love from Viberg.

Do I even have a chance of them producing an order like this for me? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Impossible. They will simply not accept any more individual MTOs. Even the GMTO orders will require more design oversight should it ever happen again.

Okay so IMTO is out of the question, but how would they respond to a request for something currently listed on their website where your size is out of stock?

Is this a request that would be recieved well?

I don't want to overstep the boundaries with these guys. It just seems somewhat difficult to even get a boot they do offer...

They'll probably tell you if they plan to restock, but they won't make one up for you...

Drew is nice, but he doesn't control the factory floor.

Viberg is releasing a 2030 service boot with brogue cap toe in stitchdown tomorrow at noon PST at their .com site. If that is something that interests you, I would suggest ordering with fast fingers, because it will probably sell out fairly quickly.

Thanks gte! I saw them post that to their instagram account, however, I did not see the rest of the details of the makeup. I just might have to pop on a pair.
