Opinion on a Tie Design!

Hi everyone, as you can see, I'm quite new to the forums. I am seeking opinions about my design for a tie for my high school's uniform. I wanted something that contained our school colors (red, white, and blue), as well as our school seal. Overall I've received positive feedback about the design, but I'm wondering if you all have different opinions.The tie would be worn with a white dress shirt or an Oxford shirt, perhaps a navy blazer, and khakis.

Your school should let you redesign your entire uniform, you seem to have a knack for fashion design. I could actually see that tie being adopted by your school!
