er I meant barker blacks and the shoes are brown. There is no way I am letting them bleed on 900 dollar shoes sorry.

I used to wear raw selvedge all the time actualy back when I was into streetwear, and they did bleed on my sneakers. I switched to washed denim, but noticed that raw selvedge was the main choice on the other forum here for dressier jeans so I decided to give them another shot with some diors.

So yeah, if there is any way to prevent the bleeding other than taping up jeans I would appreciate it. I was told on the other forum that you don't have to wear them 6 months without washing anymore like the old days which is why I originally stopped wearing raw to begin with.

Umm well theres not much else that can be recomended. If your that worried then dont wear them with those shoes. Which I am surprised u would wear diors with shoes like that.

I'm a bit confused then haha. I mean I'm 6'8 so it's hard to find jeans long enough and the diors fit the bill as I even had to have them hemmed. I see people wear raw selvedge on the men's clothing forum all the time with dressier shoes so I'm not exactly sure how anyone pulls this off. I mean wouldn't tucking in a dress shirt and wearing a sports jacket also be a no no as the color would obviously rub off on them as well? Wingtips are more casual in my book so I would wear them with jeans as well as the usual trousers.

I wouldn't worry about it, indigo dye, for the most part, can be easily removed from other articles of clothing.

A rubber eraser will take the blue stains off leather.

To be extra careful, spray several coats of suede/nubuck leather protector over the shoes before first wearing.

Thanks whacked!

No I wish I got them on gilt. I just picked them up on my honeymoon in NYC at the BB store in soho. The store was great and they fit really well. so I picked them up.

How does Patrik Ervell tend to fit? I'm looking at one of his button ups. I wear a size 38 jacket so I'm guessing I should buy a medium?

I've been wearing 505's for 10 years. Looking to up my game. Suggestions? I'm well built from sports, so 505's have fit me well.

I personally would M but you might have trouble in the shoulders as it's fairly fitted. I remember being able to pull off a M or L, like BoO or other slim shirts, depending on how I wanted the silhouette.
