What's the quality like on those Surface to Air Mac coats?

The ones I've seen in stores look pretty well made, but was just a quick glance.

I tried ordering an XS Mac coat then tried to add it to my cart and it said it was sold out. Why list it on the site then?! How irritating.

How do the boots fit again? Been needing a pair. I'm usually a 11, slightly wider feet.
