Bloomingdales in San Francisco had several RC sweats on sale with extra 40-50% off lowest price (can't remember if it was 40% or 50%, it varied by brand). I saw several sizes last Friday, I think they came out to be right over $50 after discount. I picked up a few RC t shirts for $18

Bloomingdales on 5th in NY had these as well and quite a bit more good stuff if you're in the smaller range of sizing.

Every item I tried from those three has the tag Excluded from Promo.

I bought a J Crew Timex watch when the code still worked, over priced and still over priced with the code. But I like the simplicity of it and enjoyed my other one from them.

They make high quality gear and they fit great. I have two RC pieces and they're incredibly warm, especially their tiger fleece

It's kind of hilarious how many things are excluded in the J. Crew promo - why don't they just say which classes of items are included? I think it would be much easier than saying "sitewide promo!" and then a paragraph of excluded product types below.
