I like CK stuff for neutral minimalist basics, but I haven't heard much love re. CK suits. Is CKC a special kind of Calvin Klein suit?

Gilt had a bunch of Martin Greenfield suits recently for only 1k. Made in Brooklyn NYC, fully canvased, etc. Hopefully Gilt will keep up the collab with MG.

CKC is the top line of CK, the only line that real decent stuff coming from. It's actually by far my favorite designer label, stylish without outrageous price tag.

$1k isn't a GREAT deal for Greenfield necessarily. It's not bad, just not a steep discount. Brooks Brothers does MTM via Greenfield that used to start at 1200 or so--not sure what it is now.

^Good point. I think Gilt/Greenfield are trying to capitalize on Greenfield's sudden celebrity. Guy has been working forever, but the average schmo didn't seem to care until his name started appearing in association with BoO, Rag&Bone, etc.

And where else can you get an OTR Martin Greenfield suit; one that is not made for other designers. I actually think this is one time Gilt has something right. It's a unique product that you can't really get anywhere else for the price.

Of course, I don't know how you're supposed to guess at fit, since you can't see one in a store.
